- Upon receipt, you have 3 days to notify us if an item was damaged in transit.

Samoe does not accept returns or offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another Samoe item equal to or greater than the item purchased.
- Please notify Samoe of your intent to exchange before shipping by emailing customer service at email@example.com
- All exchanges must be received by Samoe within 14 days of the date you received the item.
- Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
- Limited items are not eligible for exchange.
- Any item on sale or promotion is not eligible for exchange.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and be accompanied by SamoeStyle.com online proof of purchase.
- We cannot exchange any items that look worn or unsaleable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping exchanges at their own expense. Please use a reputable shipping service which provides tracking information.
- Samoe is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
- Samoe does not refund original shipping charges.
- Samoe reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchanges and make changes to this policy without notice.
Repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please photograph the item in question and contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item or items do not meet the above requirements, they will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your item. You will receive an email confirmation once your replacement item has been shipped.
